AK10-9 V3.0 KV60 robotic actuator, 18 Nm rated and 53 Nm peak torque. 320 rpm no-load speed, 940 g.
The AK10-9 V3.0 is the updated version of the series. It brings together a brushless DC motor, a 9:1 planetary gearbox, input and output encoders and the driver in one housing.
Typical applications include robot joint systems, humanoid robots, collaborative robots, legged robot platforms, AGV and AMR systems, medical devices and university R&D projects.
The AK10-9 V3.0 combines 18 Nm continuous and 53 Nm peak torque with a 320 rpm no-load speed. For example, a 4 kg load at the end of a 40 cm arm needs about 15.7 Nm of static torque (4 × 9.81 × 0.40). That load stays within the actuator's rated torque.
Its balance of torque and speed makes it a popular model for the hip and knee joints of quadruped robots, exoskeleton systems and mid-size robot arms. Its dual encoder reads the output shaft position directly, reducing the effect of gearbox backlash on positioning.
What is the difference between V2.0 and V3.0?
In V3.0 peak torque rises from 48 to 53 Nm and weight drops from 960 to 940 g. Position is read at both the motor input and the output shaft, and the drive architecture is simpler.
Does it support MIT mode?
Yes. You can switch between position, speed and torque control and the MIT hybrid mode.
How much gearbox backlash is there?
According to the manufacturer, 0.33 degrees. The dual encoder makes the effect of this backlash on positioning visible.
Is the driver included?
Yes. The driver board is inside the housing. The R-Link V3.0, Driver Board and Wiring Package products can be used for setup.

The most common questions about motor selection, delivery and technical support.
Our products ship from our own warehouse in Turkey. Your order is dispatched within 3 business days. Current stock status is shown on this page.
Yes. Tell us the torque, speed and supply voltage you need, and we will find the right series together. You can also compare using the specifications table on this page and the filters on the category page.
Robotizma is an official CubeMars distributor. Every product we sell is genuine and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
The Specifications section on this page lists rated torque, peak torque, KV, no-load speed, weight and outer dimensions. If you need the detailed datasheet, CAD file or driver documentation, ask our technical team.
We sell to universities, industry and R&D projects. For volume pricing and a formal quote, fill in the Request a quote form on this page and our team will reply with price and delivery details.
In the AK and AKH series actuators the driver board is built into the motor and communicates over CAN. The AKE series and the frameless RI and RO series motors need an external FOC driver. The R-Link and S-Link interfaces are for setup and debugging, and we can support you during installation.
