What we can help with

  • Model selection

Tell us the torque, speed and size your project needs, and we will narrow down the right range from our catalog together. Buying the wrong model costs both time and budget.

Frequently asked questions

Checking here before opening a request can save you time.

Which motor fits my project and how do I choose?

Tell us the rated torque, peak torque and speed range you need, and the joint geometry if you have it. We narrow down the catalog together and recommend suitable models. If you are not sure, just describing your application is enough.

Which driver and interface do I need to commission the motor?

In the AK and AKH series actuators the driver is built into the motor, so you don't need a separate driver board. The R-Link interface module is used for parameter setup and debugging. GLII series motors need the S-Link. For the AKE series and the frameless RI and RO motors, you choose the driver.

Where can I download technical drawings and CAD files?

For products with published files, the links to the technical drawing, CAD model and user manual are on the product page, right below the specifications table. If the file you need is not there, write to us and we will get it from the manufacturer.

What should I do if the product fails?

First tell us what is happening. Most problems come down to setup or wiring and are solved remotely. If the product is at fault, we handle the warranty process.

When is my order dispatched?

Products in stock are dispatched within three business days. If you need a model that is not in stock, we tell you the lead time in advance.
