Quotation and sales terms
These terms apply to quotations issued and sales made by robotizma.com to customers outside Turkey. Online checkout is not available in this language version of the site. Orders are placed on the basis of a written quotation.

2. Scope
These terms apply to every quotation we issue and every order we accept, unless the quotation says otherwise. Terms in the buyer's purchase order apply only if we accept them in writing. Our products are intended for companies, research institutions, universities and professional users.
3. Quotations
- You can request a quotation through the form on each product page, by email or by phone.
- Each quotation states the products, quantities, prices, currency, delivery term, payment terms and the period for which it is valid.
- Prices shown on the website are for information only. The price in the quotation is binding during its validity period.
- Unless the quotation says otherwise, prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees in the destination country.
4. Orders
A contract is formed when you accept the quotation in writing and we confirm your order. Changes to a confirmed order are valid only if both parties agree to them in writing.
5. Payment
Payment is made by the method and on the terms stated in the quotation. Bank charges arising on the buyer's side are paid by the buyer. Unless agreed otherwise, goods are shipped after payment has been received.
6. Delivery
- The delivery term (Incoterms 2020), the place of delivery and the estimated delivery time are stated in the quotation.
- Risk passes to the buyer as set out in the agreed Incoterm.
- Unless the quotation says otherwise, the buyer is responsible for import formalities, duties and taxes in the destination country. We provide the commercial invoice and the documents needed for export and import customs clearance.
- Delivery times are estimates. If we expect a delay, we will tell you without undue delay.
7. Inspection on delivery
Please check the shipment when you receive it. Note any visible transport damage on the carrier's delivery document and report it to us within seven days of delivery, with photos.
8. Warranty
Products are covered by the CubeMars manufacturer warranty for twelve months from delivery. Our Returns and warranty page explains what the warranty covers and how to make a claim.
9. Compliance
The buyer is responsible for complying with the import rules of the destination country and with any export control rules that apply when the products are resold or exported again.
10. Personal data
Personal data shared with us in connection with quotations and orders is processed as described in our Privacy notice.
11. Consumers
If you buy as a consumer, these terms do not limit the mandatory rights you have under the consumer protection law of your country of residence.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and the contracts made under them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Samsun, Turkey, have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
