International transfers
We are based in Turkey. Your data is processed in Turkey and by service providers that may be located in other countries. When you send us a request from the EEA or the UK, we transfer your data because this is necessary to take the steps you asked for before a contract or to perform a contract with you (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). Where our service providers offer them, we also rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data only as long as the purposes above require. Commercial and tax records are kept for the periods set by Turkish law, generally ten years. Quotation requests that do not lead to an order are deleted once they are no longer needed for follow-up. Data processed on the basis of consent is deleted when you withdraw it.
