GL35 KV100 gimbal motor, 0.15 Nm rated and 0.46 Nm peak torque. 1320 rpm no-load speed, 90 g.
The GL35 KV100 is a brushless gimbal motor developed by CubeMars for gimbals and precision rotating platforms. It is 41.8 mm in diameter and weighs 90 g. It works with AlexMos gimbal controllers, turns smoothly thanks to low cogging torque and draws less power. The 6 mm center hole lets cables or a slip ring pass through.
Typical applications include camera gimbals, radar scanning heads, rotary modules that need continuous rotation and signal transfer, and pod systems where fast response and precision matter.
The GL35 KV100 delivers 0.15 Nm rated and 0.46 Nm peak torque. In a gimbal, the required torque depends on how far the load's center of gravity sits from the rotation axis. For example, an 800 g camera with its center of gravity 1.5 cm off the axis needs about 0.12 Nm of static torque (0.8 × 9.81 × 0.015). That load stays within the motor's rated torque.
It runs on 16 V, with a no-load speed of 1320 rpm and a rated speed of 815 rpm. Rated current is 1.3 A and peak current is 4 A. For a lighter load the GL30 KV290 may be a better fit, and for a heavier load, the GL40 KV70 or the GL40II KV82.5.
Is the driver included?
No. The GL35 is the motor only. It is used with a gimbal controller such as AlexMos or with a FOC driver.
Does it have an encoder?
This product is the motor without an encoder. The manufacturer also offers an encoder option for the GL35.
What voltage does it run on?
Rated voltage is 16 V. The speed, current and torque figures in the table are given for this voltage.
Box size 109 x 82 x 42 mm.

The most common questions about motor selection, delivery and technical support.
Our products ship from our own warehouse in Turkey. Your order is dispatched within 3 business days. Current stock status is shown on this page.
Yes. Tell us the torque, speed and supply voltage you need, and we will find the right series together. You can also compare using the specifications table on this page and the filters on the category page.
Robotizma is an official CubeMars distributor. Every product we sell is genuine and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
The Specifications section on this page lists rated torque, peak torque, KV, no-load speed, weight and outer dimensions. If you need the detailed datasheet, CAD file or driver documentation, ask our technical team.
We sell to universities, industry and R&D projects. For volume pricing and a formal quote, fill in the Request a quote form on this page and our team will reply with price and delivery details.
In the AK and AKH series actuators the driver board is built into the motor and communicates over CAN. The AKE series and the frameless RI and RO series motors need an external FOC driver. The R-Link and S-Link interfaces are for setup and debugging, and we can support you during installation.
