RI30 KV260 frameless torque motor, 0.076 Nm rated and 0.23 Nm peak torque. 6240 rpm no-load speed, 40 g.
The RI30 KV260 is a frameless inrunner torque motor with a 38 mm diameter and a height of only 14 mm. It delivers 0.23 Nm peak torque from 40 g and has a large Ø17 mm center bore. The stator and rotor are built directly into the robot structure, a high-ratio gearbox or your own servo module.
Typical applications include quadruped robots, collaborative robot joints, robotic wrists and precision medical systems that need a balance of torque, size and dynamic performance.
The RI30 KV260 delivers 0.076 Nm rated and 0.23 Nm peak torque. For example, a 100 g load at the end of a 7 cm wrist segment needs about 0.07 Nm of static torque (0.1 × 9.81 × 0.07). That load stays within the motor's rated torque. For heavier loads the motor is used with a gearbox, and output torque rises with the reduction ratio.
It runs on 24 V, with a no-load speed of 6240 rpm and a rated speed of 4110 rpm. Rated current is 1.98 A, peak current is 7.72 A and maximum continuous power is 33 W. If you need a smaller, lighter motor the RI20 KV600 may be a better fit, and if you need more torque, the RI50-KV100 or the RI60 KV120.
Are the driver and encoder included?
No. A frameless motor consists only of a stator and a rotor. The driver, encoder, bearings and housing are chosen by the user for the project.
Does it have Hall sensors?
No. The manufacturer supplies this model without Hall sensors, and the wiring table lists only the U, V and W phase leads. An encoder should be used for commutation and position.
What are the leads like?
The three phase leads are 200 mm long and 26 AWG. U is black, V is yellow and W is red.
Box size 89 x 91 x 73 mm.

The most common questions about motor selection, delivery and technical support.
Our products ship from our own warehouse in Turkey. Your order is dispatched within 3 business days. Current stock status is shown on this page.
Yes. Tell us the torque, speed and supply voltage you need, and we will find the right series together. You can also compare using the specifications table on this page and the filters on the category page.
Robotizma is an official CubeMars distributor. Every product we sell is genuine and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
The Specifications section on this page lists rated torque, peak torque, KV, no-load speed, weight and outer dimensions. If you need the detailed datasheet, CAD file or driver documentation, ask our technical team.
We sell to universities, industry and R&D projects. For volume pricing and a formal quote, fill in the Request a quote form on this page and our team will reply with price and delivery details.
In the AK and AKH series actuators the driver board is built into the motor and communicates over CAN. The AKE series and the frameless RI and RO series motors need an external FOC driver. The R-Link and S-Link interfaces are for setup and debugging, and we can support you during installation.
